Good service, completed an oil change, with special request for a new trailer tire to be removed from a purchased set, because the rim had the wrong bolt circle to fit my trailer, had the tire mounted to a rim I had with the correct bolt circle to fit my trailer. On an early Saturday morning, needing to head out of town, and was able to get in for quick service, made my day.

The staff are so professional, and Kevin helped me with this purchase, and made sure I was satisfied before I had it home. Furthermore, Ford Motor Co had originally denied my claim for tow truck and rental car expenses because I did not book the reservations through Ford, but Michelle stayed on Ford and got them to reimburse me for both expenses!

We had an amazing experience here! We found a used car from Friendly Honda that we liked online but unfortunately, the dealership was over three hours away. We called to inquire and the salesman, Pete, made it so easy! We were able to negotiate the deal over the phone and put a little money down and they held the car until we could make the trip 2 days later. Upon arrival we took the car to an independent shop to make sure it was solid and Friendly Honda was happy to let us do so. The shop we took it to said it was a very solid car and they could not find anything mechanically wrong with it! We came back to Friendly from the inspection, and they had the paperwork ready and we quickly finalized the sale and were back on the road for the trip home. Pete was our salesman from our initial call and he was responsive, “friendly” and honest. Loved our experience here and we will gladly travel 3 hours to purchase from them again!

I highly recommend working with Joe Wenskunas at Bob Brady Honda. I looked at different cars at multiple dealerships to find a reliable and inexpensive small car. I found a lot of bluster, little expertise, and poor service until I drove to Decatur. No pressure, sound knowledge of the vehicles on the lot, friendly follow up, and respect for me as a buyer made all the difference. Joe said up front that he wanted to earn my business and he did. Great experience, and I love my new car!

Went to the Dodge dealership just to look. Wasn’t really looking for a new vehicle as I loved my 2019 Jeep Cherokee that I bought from Bob Brady about 6 years ago. Met with Diana Hughes and she was amazing! We had gone to a couple other dealerships and actually walked away from some good deals because the salesperson was either too pushy or rude. Diana never once pressured us into buying a new vehicle. She just explained what deal she could give us and what she could do for us. We test drove a 2024 Dodge Hornet and I fell in love with it. Because of her laidback and friendly personality we decided to buy it. Won’t be going to a different dealership in the future and will always ask for Diana in the future. Other dealerships must think people love pushy salespeople but never once has any of the staff we’ve dealt with at Bob Brady have ever been pushy or rude with us. Thank you Diana for helping us! You definitely have long term customers out of us!

I bought a truck from them. Sorry I did! I seen it on line and ask if had any damage or rust. Jeff told me "No". I paid for it and had it shipped to me. When I got it it had a broken mirror, scratched side glass and a dent in the door. The guy that brought it pointed out to me. He was smart enough to take pictures before he loaded it at the dealership. It was not damaged in shipping. They tried to blame the transport driver. They wont return my call to take care of this either. Has almost $1500 damage to it. I am filing a complaint with BBB, so I'd never buy from Auto Mall of Springfield again!

Friendly salesman did not tell me the car was a rust bucket. Also did not tell me the wiper arm was not functioning. Can't even get it inspected. Not happy, paid way too much for this 20 year old car, even though it is mechanically sound. Lesson learned: never buy a car you cannot see in person and never buy a car that has been in salt.
