The staff was delightful. I had to get a new battery. I got it within 20 minutes. I had to come 3 hours ahead of time because I had to have someone come to help me start my car. Did not matter. They got me out very quickly. Great service. Thank you very much.

I visited Harvey Toyota a few weeks ago for a service. I have to rave about the super nice young man, Devin that took care of us. It is really nice to have a smiling face walk out to you on a not so pretty day. Devin stayed in contact with us during the service. He is very polite, professional and has wonderful manners. It is nice to see young people in this service area again and ones that actually like to work. We give Devin 1000 stars all around. Thank you for your smile and wonderful compassion for us elders. We will definitely be coming back for his help.

I must highly recommend the sales associate Kevin Gorman at Toyota of Bastrop. After first interacting with him some months ago in my search for a low-mileage 4Runner, he has kept up with me, and called periodically when something has come in that he thinks might fit what I am looking for, I did eventually find my deal through Car Gurus and will be picking up that vehicle tomorrow. When I told him of the vehicle, mileage and price I am getting it for, he genuinely seemed happy for me. I have a Toyota household. My son will be graduating in a few. He has his eye set on a Toyota 86; I mean he is every bit as enthused over that car as I was for one of that car's forebears in the 1980s, The Corolla GT-S. It's kinda in our blood that when we find something good, we stick with it. Sales people like Kevin Gorman make that a whole heckuva lot easier!

Again i needed to have repairs done on my toyota tacoma, and again i dropped my vehicle off at the dealer, for those repairs. Every time i use this shop, im never given a status of my vehicle, it takes them forever to do the work requested, ive never gotten my vehicle on the day it was dropped off. NEVER, they have kept my vehicle two days for a brake inspection.

My husband and I own a local business and have purchased a many work vehicles from This dealer. When going to purchase a personal vehicle we were insulted by the value they put on it and the “oh well I’m sorry” attitude from the salesman. Let me add that we knew the value of our vehicle and the excuse for the lowball figure was “there’s just no market for your type of vehicle here”. SERIOUSLY? So you don’t give us what it’s worth? Who does business that way? We will take All of our business elsewhere.
