He was thorough without being overly aggressive which I appreciated. He kept me informed about the availability of the vehicle ahead of meeting him for the test drive. I had researched the vehicle and the dealership’s inventory online ahead of time. Yannick was punctual, courteous and respectful of my time. When we agreed on the terms, the financing process with Chris was simple, to the point and honestly the easiest financing I’ve been through buying a new vehicle.
