Our family purchased a vehicle from the dealership and could not have asked for a better experience! Daryl, Chris, Erik and the team were professional, informative and kind. We arrived at the dealership and our paperwork was ready to go. The car was front and center with a clean presentation. Any questions we had were answered. We received a thorough walk around of the vehicle’s features. We were even set up on the GMC app, OnStar and Sirius before we left the dealership. This truly made the vehicle feel like ours before driving it off the lot. The facility was clean and very well cared for. Amenities were outstanding! Thank you so much Randy Bowen Team! We purchased a Tahoe from this dealership on July 30th. At that time we traded in a Yukon that still had money owed on it. We of course worked this into our deal. We were told trade in would be paid off in 10 business days. Well on August 21st lien holder for Yukon drafted a payment from our account. So my husband called dealership and was told someone dropped the ball and we will get it paid off today and we will refund you the payment that they drafted. So we waited a week or so and checked with lien holder and still no payoff. So we called dealership again. Well they would have to look into it. So finally they called back and said that it was paid off on September 4th. So we check with lien holder and it still hasn't been paid off. I called them today and was told that they do not overnight payments or send them anyway that is traceable because that costs them money. Then I find out that they have already sold the Yukon. I don't know how this is possible since they do not have a lien release for the vehicle. They have done nothing but lie and talk in circles. I would not buy another vehicle from them if he'll froze over. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I will also be contacting the Attorney Generals Office.
