They worked with another Carmax dealership down south and acquired the vehicle I was looking at quickly. After reviewing, they took care of any concerns. They made sure all issues were resolved in a timely manner. Just another great experience with Car max. Probably my 3rd or 4th vehicle purchase with them. The new Alliance store held to the same high standards of customer service as other CarMax dealerships I had worked with in the past. Really enjoy buying from CarMax. So much easier than the standard branded dealerships. I’ll be calling back when it’s time to buy again.

I brought my 3.0 Duramax in for a simple oil change and was met with complete indifference. I sat in the service bay while employees sat at their desks eating pizza, pretending not to notice customers waiting. No greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. I finally had to go inside just to get checked in, and that set the tone for the rest of the visit. More than two hours passed with no communication. When I asked the cashier for an update, she snapped that I needed to find my own service advisor. I walked to the service area and found that my advisor, Atle Fjugstad, was nowhere to be found. His office was empty while my completed truck sat outside. They had finished the work and simply never bothered to tell me. That level of disregard is not a mistake; it is a culture. The waiting room was as lifeless as the staff, and the entire operation showed no leadership, no accountability, and no pride in their work. In 36 years, I have never seen customer service this poor. I have watched children run lemonade stands with more professionalism and effort. Moritz Chevrolet didn’t just waste my time; they earned this review.

NEVER AGAIN! I called to get 2 tires replaced on my wife's car. Talked to Kyle in service dept at Jerry's Autogroup, Hudson Oaks. We (Kyle and I) decided what tires to put on and price, wife makes appointment. Dealership is 12 min away, she leaves between 8 or 8:15 for 8:30am appointment. 9:59 wife send texts me a text, "dealership wants to talk to me about tires". I called wife she says they want to put different tires on for more money. It's now 10am and now they are talking about tires, that we're already decided on. The day before I had 4 tires puton my truck at Walmart in less than an hour. I told her to tell them to pack sand. We will go somewhere else. They wasted both of our time and now they want different tires, my wife decided differently. You mistreated, abused my wife. You put her in a place I intended for her to avoid. Finally at 11:09 she returns. 3 hours total time, 2 hrs and 39 min to put on 2 tires. We have both our vehicles serviced there. I will never give them a dime. Our time is valuable as is yours, wife ($150 hr) mine ($80). I suggest you let everybody know that Jerry's does not value your time, plays games and wants your money. I brought my car in because the gauges were fluctuating. They recommended me to get a new transmission for $7500 with the labor being $225 per hour. I declined it. I went back to my shop got a newer transmission for five grand was having the same issue. They trying to tell me now that that transmission is bad. How are you a dealership but can't figure out what the problem is terrible service they just want your money would not recommend go somewhere else go to a different Chevy dealership. The only good thing they offer is a shuttle ride home and they refilled my gas after they used half a tank trying to figure out what the problem is just to try to tell me that the transmission I just put in was bad update: different dealership said same thing but both dont know what the issue is but i wanted to publicly apologize for a xxxxty review. just frustrating neither one can pinpoint exactly what the problem is. i appreciate the work yall both do. i would recommend jerry chevy and any other dealership to service you car

A $2495 charge for tint and door edge guards was added to the price of my Tahoe without my knowledge or consent. The sales statement, which was the only thing that showed this charge, was then hidden from me during closing and document signing. Like an idiot, I was excited to take delivery, trusted them and just signed what was pushed in front of me without checking every item. When I noticed it two days later I called the salesman and was told only, "it was on the statement". I sent two emails to dealership management requesting a response but received nothing. I believe this scheme was preplanned and I'm sure it is used often on unsuspecting buyers.
