Seamless Experience and the Perfect Pilot Touring! I recently purchased a new Honda Pilot Touring, and I cannot recommend my salesperson, Kathy Nguyen, highly enough. This was, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience I've ever had. From the moment I got in contact with her, Kathy listened intently to my needs. She didn't try to push me into a trim or color I didn't want; instead, she expertly guided me to the exact vehicle that met all my requirements—the Touring model with the key features I wanted, like the panoramic moonroof, Bose premium audio system and towing package, and in the specific Blue Obsidian color I had requested. Her ability to match me with the perfect car was exceptional. When it came to the price, the experience was just as positive. Kathy was transparent and efficient, and the final OTD (Out of the Door) price was highly competitive compared to the offers I received from other local dealers!
