Arlyne and Eric at the dealership were both outstanding to work with. Arlyne did an excellent job following up with me and helping me find the exact truck I was looking for. She stayed consistent, answered my questions, and made sure everything kept moving smoothly. Eric in finance was just as great. He worked hard to get me approved and structured a deal that no other dealership was able to offer. They gave me a strong trade-in value and my total amount financed ended up being about $10,000 less than what other dealerships were quoting me. Overall, the whole experience was smooth, professional, and worth the drive. I really appreciate the effort they both put in to make the deal happen. Highly recommend asking for Arlyne and Eric if you’re shopping for a vehicle.

Had to send my newly bought vehicle back to their service department three separate times because they could not do the small job correct the first two times. The service department is garbage. Not my words, those words came directly from their own people. However, I do agree with that statement. I spoke with several people to fix the issue and their way of solving it was for me to just keep bringing it back. They could never guarantee it would be corrected and certainly did not check the service department's work or verify they completed all issues before calling us to say vehicle was ready. Save yourself the headache and buy from somewhere else.
