The service department is absolutely the worst. They never pick up. They don't return you calls even after you've called a million times to check on your vehicle. They make every excuse in the book. What's even worse, if you're a woman, they talk to you like your an idiot. This is the last time I will bring my vehicle here. I even tried to contact the manager of the service department and have yet to hear from him. It sucks when you pay so much for a vehicle to have it sit in a garage until they can look it at for up to 2 weeks.

We were looking for a truck and looked all across Texas. I found the truck we bought on ebay from this seller but i think they go by Gulf Coast Chevy now but the address is for this dealer off google maps. May be a name change. Anyways after working through ebay with Todd Baker We did a surprise drop in since it was close to where we live. After taking a test drive we came back and made a deal that we just could not let go. While we waited for finance to go through we decided to leave the dealer to go to Lake Jackson. I think they were worried we would not come back but they did not chase us down or try to keep us there (unlike some dealers i know). They called us while the wife and I were eating lunch and gave us the scoop and we told them done deal we will be back shortly. Long story short this was the best and least hassle free buying experience we have had yet buying a vehicle. Everyone was was great to work with. If you check them out ask for Todd and tell him the Pennington's sent you.

On 12/7/08 My wifes Suburban broke down in Yoakum while visiting her mother in the hospital, My brother-in-law had Cooper Cheverolet pick it up and was told the fuel pump was bad 400.00 to repair, they then called back and was told it need a wiring harness another 400.00 we told them to put the parts in a box and we would pick it up but they charged 190.00 to put it back together, it was brought back to my regular mechanic and repaired by replacing a 20.00 harness and labor totaling 192.00, he said there was nothing wrong with the fiel pump. I called a dealer in Houston and was told a new fuel pump comes with a wiring harness
