So this is a mixed review I had originally dealt with the El Paso, Carmax and it was not a great experience. Had a very aggressive salesman who transferred me to someone else and then I was able to speak to somebody on the 800 line who was absolutely wonderful and so helpful and so informative. leann Maldonado. Wow, what a breath of fresh air she was! ! After that, it was smooth sailing had a really terrific experience with Carmax at that point really understood the process after her explanation and her handling of it and then it was able to be shipped to a closer location for me to Lubbock for $285 and then the dealership in Lubbock super friendly guys very knowledgeable Very friendly easy to work with so overall it was a really good experience. I think the initials contact could've been better but overall a really positive experience thank you Carmax this is my first used car with you guys and I really appreciate all the extra benefits that you guys provide as far as warranties delivery services, etc. thank you again

I stopped at this dealer ship on my way back to Michigan to have them do a force regeneration on my 2017 F250. They completed the service and then called me out to my truck to tell me I had a small rear differential leak but said they topped it off and I would be able to make it home. Eight hours later I’m sitting on the side of the highway with my differential blown to pieces. Now Im stranded outside of Oklahoma City at 10pm. Fast forward to Monday and I get a call and text from Whiteface ford that they have my differential plug and wanted to know if they wanted me to have them mail it to me. I called them and told them about the catastrophic failure with my rear differential. They said they would get back to me and let me know what they would do. Total cost to fix my truck was over 12k. Now they won’t answer my calls and no one will call me back. I’m not looking for much but you would think they would at least refund the service charge for the work they did on my truck of 420.00 and pay the 600.00 towing charge. I would never recommend them to anyone. Beware if you use them for service on your vehicle. They made a catastrophic mistake and won’t take responsibility for it. I have the voice mail and the text from their employee saying they have my differential plug. I was just asking for them to do the right thing and they won’t even respond to me. How shameful.

Best dealership experience we’ve had in a while. Sent my wife to check out a Powerstroke, and she didn’t like it. She found the Duramax of her dreams…. Can’t speak enough about how helpful Dakota was in the process. They made a good deal with us, and we took the truck home. I’ve been buying cars on average of 2 a year for the last 20 years…. Do the math, whatever Smith is doing right now- keep it up!! Although it’s creepy as xxxx that cars.com knew we made a deal…. Smdh….technology can be a bit nosey

On a road trip. Car overheated pulled into Destination Ford of Dumas. Service department got me in. Need parts they went to Amarillo got what they needed to get back on the road. Wasn’t expecting the cost but they did a great job made it affordable so myself and family could get back on the road. Called them on our trip worked out a deal and they delivered the vehicle to me in Big Spring. Thank you Crystal, Joe, Kenny, Julian, and James for taking care of us.

My husband stopped by on a Friday to look at the pick-up he bought. He put a downpayment on it, just so they wouldn't sell it. Saturday he called and we met the gentlemen from Pampa, TX half way. It was a great deal to see how convenient it was to not have to drive an hour and an hour back. They were very friendly. Very helpful!

$50,000 Vehicle doesn’t last 3 weeks! - criket

We bought a vehicle here. First of all, when my husband went to pick it up, they had loaned it out to someone. The truck was already in my husband’s name and covered by our insurance. He had to drive a couple of hours to pick it up. It was muddy and dirty. There was even mud under one of the seats. He hasn’t had it even a month and it’s broken down. Of course, it’s not covered by the warranty. It’s going to cost over $2000 to fix. Stanley Ford didn’t try at all to lessen the cost or help. You would think if someone spent $50,000 on a vehicle that they could count on it lasting at least a month. Even back alley tote the note places would make it right if the vehicle didn’t last a month——- Not Stanley Ford. Fair warning to anyone looking here for a vehicle.

It actually took me a few months to figure out the vehicle that I wanted and to get everything together. I worked with the same sales person who was very understanding and went along with all of my detours. He helped me find a truck that I am very happy with that I probably would not have picked out to start with. The only reason I didn't give five stars was that there wasn't much selection at the time that I visited in used trucks. It was the best experience I have had with buying a vehicle.
