After trying to over 4 months with others and being told we can do this, we got you, and to even get a car and have it taken back 3 weeks later. Let me tell you big big mess. We went into Stanley talked to Will and within a few hours we had been approved. Get work business and no beating around to make things work. Up and honest we can do this with this or this with that you pick. Thanks for EVERYTHING!!. We will be back.

Unbelievable service! We were on the road traveling and had an emergency service, pulling a fifth wheel. I spoke with John Scott... he was able to get us right away and fix the problem and get us back on the road! In a normal situation, this could have been a 3-5 day repair and he got us back on the road in 6 hours! VERY Professional and GREAT service! Highly Recommended! They even provided shuttle to and from our fifth wheel across town and the drivers were super nice and professional.

Best dealership experience we’ve had in a while. Sent my wife to check out a Powerstroke, and she didn’t like it. She found the Duramax of her dreams…. Can’t speak enough about how helpful Dakota was in the process. They made a good deal with us, and we took the truck home. I’ve been buying cars on average of 2 a year for the last 20 years…. Do the math, whatever Smith is doing right now- keep it up!! Although it’s creepy as xxxx that cars.com knew we made a deal…. Smdh….technology can be a bit nosey

$50,000 Vehicle doesn’t last 3 weeks! - criket

We bought a vehicle here. First of all, when my husband went to pick it up, they had loaned it out to someone. The truck was already in my husband’s name and covered by our insurance. He had to drive a couple of hours to pick it up. It was muddy and dirty. There was even mud under one of the seats. He hasn’t had it even a month and it’s broken down. Of course, it’s not covered by the warranty. It’s going to cost over $2000 to fix. Stanley Ford didn’t try at all to lessen the cost or help. You would think if someone spent $50,000 on a vehicle that they could count on it lasting at least a month. Even back alley tote the note places would make it right if the vehicle didn’t last a month——- Not Stanley Ford. Fair warning to anyone looking here for a vehicle.
