I bought a brand new BMW from them with BMW Ultimate Care+ 4 (7 years / 125,000 miles). I brought car in for regular service below both years and miles. They tried charging $800 for regular service (engine related items), take your business elsewhere this place is a joke

Very bad services. I made appointment for my car services (changed brake fluid). It took a half day to complete the services. The services representative was not even available to work on my car. Another representative was assigned to work on my car and I kept waiting for a half-day. So very bad services.
