I was greeted by the team with big smiles and enthusiasm. - srobles1080

I was greeted by the team with big smiles and enthusiasm. I was a little nervous to make a purchase on my own (never had to before) but the team was very cool and made me feel so comfortable. Monty worked hard to get me in my 2019 Ford Fusion and I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

I had a great experience with Tracy Toyota! - paca1992

I had a great experience with Tracy Toyota! Joshua was amazing from the very beginning, answering all my questions and making sure I had the information I needed throughout the process, including the test drive. Victor also did a great job and was helpful throughout the experience. My only complaint was the long wait time to sign the paperwork and I also felt rushed while signing the paperwork. The process took much longer than expected, and that part could definitely be improved. Overall, I appreciate Joshua and Victor for their excellent customer service and for helping me with my new Toyota Land Cruiser. Thank you,

We had just started our vacation with our dear friends - George

We had just started our vacation with our dear friends using our car. We were about 50 miles from home and the car started jerking when I would try to accelerate. We searched the area for a Chevy dealership and found that Chase Chevrolet was close. Nick, the service writer knew right away that this was a difficult situation for us and had our car looked at right away. After the service department had checked it out thoroughly, it was determined that the transmission needed to be replaced. We wanted to continue with our vacation, so Nick arranged a fantastic deal on a rental. We decided to have the car repaired at Chase so Nick ordered the transmission and had it installed by the end of the week. I can not say enough about the service, the constant updates, and the care that we received. Nick was very helpful, and extremely sympathetic to our situation. We were back on the road from arrival to departure in the rental in under three hours. Thank you Nick, thank you Chase Chevrolet for the GREAT service. This is why I am a Chevy man! Bless you Nick! George

The recent change to move prepaid inspections over to the - Notme

The recent change to move prepaid inspections over to the other building was a great move. It really opened up space in the main building and allowed for the wait time to be reduced. The staff and advisor were great as well in the other building. Ive come here for all my inspections and it really sucked when all inspections after toyota care had to go to the main building. Appointments there would always take up to 1 hr min., it was insane.

The Modesto CarMax was conveniently located, the team was - John_M

The Modesto CarMax was conveniently located, the team was friendly and everyone acknowledged us. Manual was very helpful and gave us great instructions on using the QR code to find available cars on the lot. We bought our car the next day . We were in and out in about an hour and a half . We didn’t finance so that streamlined our purchase a bit.

Unprofessional, rude service and dodging management. - uriac2

Unprofessional, rude service and dodging management. Buying a new car should be an exciting experience, but Stockton Hyundai turned it into a nightmare. My brand-new 2026 Santa Fe died immediately after purchase, and getting them to resolve it was a battle. • The Service: The service department was incredibly rude and treated me like an inconvenience. It took 4 separate trips back to the dealership to finally get all of the vehicle's delivery defects and electrical issues resolved. • The Management: The lack of leadership at this location is astounding. I contacted the General Manager directly to address the failure of the vehicle and the poor treatment by his staff. He never responded to my email, never returned my voicemails, and completely refused to acknowledge me. While the car is finally fixed, I will never step foot in this dealership again. A business is only as good as its leadership, and the GM's refusal to face a customer with a valid crisis tells you everything you need to know about how they operate.

They have a very scammy tactic of putting thousands of - Chris

They have a very scammy tactic of putting thousands of dollars in junk warranty and fees in the monthly finance amount and not on the breakdown of the OTD price. They hope people won't notice and they only focus on your desired monthly payment amount. Very unethical way to selling and not disclosing fees. Zero transparency. Do not come here.

5 Visits, No Fix, No Communication I had a very poor - Bobby

5 Visits, No Fix, No Communication I had a very poor experience with the service department at Tracy Chevrolet. I brought my vehicle in multiple times for the same issue and it was never resolved. What made the situation worse was the lack of communication throughout the entire process. Calls consistently went straight to voicemail, messages were not returned, and getting a simple update was extremely difficult. I was told multiple times that I would receive follow-ups from both my advisor and management, but those calls never came. At one point, I was even told I would get an update while the advisor was present in the background, yet no one ever followed up. It also became concerning during my visits that there was a lack of consistent technical understanding of the issue. Based on what I was told directly by workers in the shop, most of the training is done through in-house or online programs, with very limited formal training. Given that my issue remained unresolved after multiple visits, this did not inspire confidence. After multiple unsuccessful repair attempts and no resolution, I had to contact GM directly. GM could not get a hold of anyone at Tracy Chevrolet and grew frustrated as well due to the repeated failures to fix the issue. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and no resolution after multiple visits. I would not recommend Tracy Chevrolet for service.
