Ugh! What a craptacular dealership for both sales and service. Want to be misquoted three times for service work and passed around from service adviser to service adviser? Check. Want to set an appointment for a test drive and have the salesman not show up? Check. Want to test drive a specific vehicle on the showroom floor and be told, "No problem, we'll have it ready for you when you return in the afternoon," and then return in the afternoon to see it sitting in the same spot on the showroom floor? Check. Stress-free, LOL. Avoid.
