No issue with the service - everything was great - my only complaint was not having a Volvo loaner - the process and getting back and forth to Enterprise was lengthy and the car they gave me was horrible only complaint was not having a Volvo loaner - the process and getting back and forth to Enterprise was lengthy and the car they gave me was horrible. I hate to sound snobby but I think when you drive one of the most expensive cars Volvo makes and are in for manufacturer related service - you deserve better options for loaners - even if it meant switching to another day for service. More
