Kelvin at Athens Ford was exceptional. He got out car in earlier than expected and provided great service. Aaron is great too. My only concern is when I got home and found the paperwork I originally signed I realized that the “Doc”fee was not included. My original quote was changed and I was told by a manager at the dealership that the doc fee was on my original quote that I signed even though it wasn’t when I stated I don’t remember it being on the original paper work. After seeing this, I felt manipulated. The car is great, Kelvin and Aaron are great - we just would have liked any additional fees to have been disclosed up front. More
