1st it’s Taraya! 2nd I have the emails were I communicated clearly as well as the text messages from the salesman I worked with. So let me address everything. It took Scott Douglas a few days to email me explaining what I needed to do to receive my permanent tags. He said once I pay the taxes I have to email him with a paid receipt. I called and spoke with him on or January 22 to confirm I received the email and will pay and email the receipt within the week. I sent him the paid taxes receipt on January 30th. I sent another email on February 5 inquiring about my tags and checking to confirm if he received the email. When I didn’t get a respond I began to call, I left him several voicemails. I called last week because I didn’t get a response to the emails or voicemails. I finally spoke to Scott again on Feb 6th and asked him if he received my email and if he could update me on the whereabouts of my tags. I quote “Ms Banks I just spoke to someone the other day and they are on the way all you have to do is check the mail. However, I checked the mails yesterday and it wasn’t there so I called yesterday, again! I spoke with a gentleman by the name Alejandro. He took time with me and got a response by a man name Don I believe, confirming he has the tags and will be shipped this weekend. He told me if I don’t have it by Monday to give him a call and let him know. I’m thankful for him because he’s the only person after signing the paperwork and sending you all the check that’s helped me because since there’s been minimal communication from the gentleman I worked with including the sales guy. Now when I went to pay my taxes the receptionist did confirm the taxes were already paid and I was confused. I asked if she could tell me who paid them and she said it was a business by the name of DGS (I think I have the name written down at home). I said I was going to wait for a receipt from the business or take it as a blessing if I don’t get an invoice from this business by the end of the year, just being honest. I was going to respond back privately but after reading your response again I can’t unfeel the rudeness so I’m choosing to respond publicly so further inform customers of the horrible communication as I stated. At this point because of the inconvenience, lack of communication and unprofessionalism from the sales guy Joe the taxes you say was paid by ya’ll should be pain and suffering. Now Karl because you tried to invalidate my experience and defend my poor communication comment based on my receipts and what I just explained can you please point out why no one informed me of you all paying the taxes especially considering I spoke with someone yesterday!? Or even further more can you explain why your response was rude and you missed named me?

Tara, there is no poor communication from our end, you owed $832.42 for property taxes as required by your state due to a new tag as required every year and you still have not paid your state's taxes, this is the only reason for the delay of your renewal. We have attempted several times to contact you, and you have responded zero times. We finally paid it on your behalf so now you owe us the money. We have a string of emails back and forth from you. We have documented proof that we paid it on your behalf, would you like me to provide that information publicly or would you like to pay us monies owed and then this can be taken down. Karl Alvarez
