Horrible service, my mother in law purchased a used Hyundai 2019 vehicle that started to lock up and the brakes will automatically come on while she's driving on the interstate & worse part is that sh Hyundai 2019 vehicle that started to lock up and the brakes will automatically come on while she's driving on the interstate & worse part is that she bought the vehicle only 10 days ago & bought the silver warranty package & they told her they are not equipped to fix her vehicle there. They also refused to let her speak with the GM & even refused to give her the name of the GM so I had to call them & give them my name & the reason why I was calling & said they would leave a message. As for the names they gave me Aaron Hill name then put me on hold gave me Tom Ellis name & said they have 2 managers there. They also refused to give any paper with their recommendations says they cant without contacting legal but offered to have a staff member drive her to a Hyundai dealership... I went on the BBB website they have 6 complaints & 3 due to Problem with a Product or Service in the past 3 months. I also found out the real GM name is Tom Ellis it's obviously online but I called to see what response I would get & they are unprofessional & do not care about their customers just focused on closing a deal. We are filing a complaint with the NC Attorney General Office of Josh Stein. So future customers beware!! More
