I am very disappointed in my experience. I called to tell the salesperson that I had a very short amount of time to sign the paperwork. I was paying cash for the vehicle. We had to wait over 1.25 hours just to sign the paperwork. I missed a very important meeting due to this. One woman salesperson asked me if I need anything and I said I need to move this along. I had been waiting over an hour. Her comment to me was "Did you clock in". I never have been treated so poorly. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. When we finally got the paperwork sign and got the keys, the inside color should have been gray not brown and it is pulling to the right. I asked if they could deliver the vehicle and I was told NO. It took time out of our schedule. We had to stay late due to the time missed at our agency. More
