They deserve five stars and a thousand more! I was in the market for a new vehicle that was reliable enough for me to take to grad school with me. My mom had a great experience with Zimmerman l I was in the market for a new vehicle that was reliable enough for me to take to grad school with me. My mom had a great experience with Zimmerman last spring and I knew I wanted to come back to them as I was in the midst of my search. The vehicle I got, a 2018 Honda Civic with only 60k miles on it, was priced super reasonably, especially considering today's market! It was pristine inside and out, not so much as a paint scratch on the outside or a speck of dirt on the floor mats. As great as the car is, it's the people working there who really made the experience so fantastic. Aaron Miguel: My new hero and the nicest salesman anybody could ever ask for! When we explained I was 2 1/2 hours away at college, he offered to hold the car overnight with no charge so I'd be able to drive down with the guarantee of a test drive. I'd been burned twice this week already on that at other dealerships. Aaron answered every question I had, and even ones I hadn't thought to ask. He was helpful without pressuring me to make a decision. My father was with me as a second set of eyes, but Aaron talked to BOTH of us rather than just him. I have had several dealerships primarily just talk to my father when we're there despite the fact I was the one buying the car. I was treated as an equal, which may seem like a small thing, but it meant the world. Jeff Dolan: When we went to the finance office to sign on the dotted line, there was no pressure from Jeff (or Aaron) to tack on a bunch of extras. As a soon-to-be grad student on a tight budget, that meant the world to me. He was super friendly and made sure I understood every aspect of the paperwork. Just like Aaron, he made a point to make sure I was included as the primary buyer and answered all my questions. I genuinely cannot recommend Zimmerman enough! Great, trustworthy people selling great vehicles. More

Aaron is the most soft spoken, not pushy dealer you would ever deal with. He is honest about rates and quality out of any dealer i have ever met.
