They even took care of my rental and made sure it was returned to Enterprise the next day and called me confirming that! That's what I call "going above and beyond"! I mentioned a several months ago that my next vehicle was going to be either a Honda Accord or Honda Passport (I've owned/leased 3 Pilots in the past). I got a call last week from him telling me that they had a great lease deal on the remaining 2019s...including a few Passports. I told him I was hoping to lower my payment just a bit...and he found a Passport that fit the bill! He even took the time to run the numbers on several other vehicles, just to be sure.
