My experience with Paramount Hyundai in Hickory, NC was very good. I knew exactly what I wanted and Abdul did not try to upsale me into a more expensive vehicle. Jaime Abdul and Allan (finance manager) were all exceptional! Jaime was so helpful we took two test drives together and he explained tons of information about the safety features while driving a exceptional! Abdul was so very helpful explaining even more features with me and gave me the preliminary introduction to the vehicle. He was the primary Salesman to get the deal done, processing our trade ins and get all of the paperwork in order. He worked closely with Allan to make it all happen. It was the BEST experience we've ever had buying a vehicle (I am 65 and my wife is 71). We were able to get everything all done and my wife when she got home from Boston only had to sign her half of the papers and the SUV (2023 Santa Fe Caligraphy) was ours! Abdul instructed my wife on the vehicle shortly there after. Allan was nothing short of amazing too!!! He, as with everyone we worked with was friendly and low key, proficient and professional! He got us a super low interest (especially considering these times) and hit the numbers that I requested and then some! We are so grateful for our decision to buy this vehicle. It's so luxurious and choke full of safety features. I had been shopping for an SUV for quite awhile. This SUV surpasses the 2033 BMW X3. The ride, safety features, comfort, noise level and horsepower exceeds the BMW X3. * with the exception of horsepower of the M series version at significantly more money. Most of all we are thrilled to have purchased the 2023 Santa Fe Caligraphy from Paramount Hyundai Of Hickory ... We were we truly blessed 🙏☺️❤️ More
