Making Dealerships Great Again This was the first time I've worked with Heritage Ford and I used to dread going to the dealership. This experience at Heritage was actually fun, and This was the first time I've worked with Heritage Ford and I used to dread going to the dealership. This experience at Heritage was actually fun, and everyone there seemed to care. I worked with William Orosz and he went over the top to find exactly what I was looking for. We eventually built a truck from the ground up in the showroom together. William cared about my needs and didn't push me to purchase things he knew I didn't want. I am thrilled with my new truck and will gladly work with William again in the future for my next vehicle. I also worked with Abigail Heck in the finance department. I test drove the truck and fell in love with it. Dylan and Abby impressed me so much that exactly two weeks later I returned to buy my fiancé a new Titanium Escape. I can't say enough how pleased we are with our experience with heritage ford. From the moment we were approached by Dillon MacHaveren we were cautiously optimistic. Dillon may have the title of salesperson, but the service he provided was completely unexpected and happily welcomed. He was friendly, not pushy all the way through the process. He listened to what we were looking for in a truck and was quick to offer his assistance in finding a truck that had the features we wanted. Dillon answered all of our questions thoroughly about features that we were unfamiliar with and pricing options (this was our first lease in 30+ years of car buying). At every step in the purchase process (mostly done over the phone and text/email as we are located 50 miles from the dealership) DIllon completely surpassed superior customer service and had our perfect truck ready for pick up in a few short days! (Many thanks also to the team behind the scenes, delivery driver and service techs for their part in making this purchase a truly pleasurable experience!) Once we were ready to get to the financing Dillon introduced Abigail Heck to assist us with the particulars of our financing (leasing through our business). Again, we were met with a friendly, knowledgeable and gracious professional. Abby took the time to review all the lease documents with us and answered all our questions. Chris was super friendly and helpful - he was very patient while I waffled back and forth about whether I was going to go for it or not and he did a great job answering my hundreds of questions. The rest of the sales and finance staff was great as well and worked with me to make the process as easy as possible. The few interactions I've had with the service department have been great as well. Ryan was very helpful and kept me updated while they had my car. Overall, I've got no complaints and I'll definitely recommend Heritage Ford if anyone asks where I got my car! More
