I've experienced pushy car dealerships before and was nervous when starting out my business with Heritage Ford. I must say my nerves were settled almost immediately. Beyond the customer service, the financial deal I made on my new truck was insane! I have to give credit to Heritage Ford, they gave me a tremendous deal on a new truck, provided me with outstanding customer service throughout the entire process, helped me understand all the aspects of my lease (since I am a first time leaser), have a very well kept facility, and also provide great work and customer service in their shop. More

New Lease on Escape I turned in the lease on my Ford Escape to get a new Escape. My new car was also a lease. Kevin was great to work with. Kevin went out of his way to get my winter tires and car starter installed so I didn’t have to worry about getting these things done while trying to work. Would definitely recommend Heritage Ford. I’ve always been treated well here. Abigail makes signing all the paperwork effortless. Have work with her through many of my car purchases. Celeste kept me informed about the program to turn in my lease early. More

New car purchase Kevin was extremely helpful, pleasant, and straight forward. Great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to work with him on another car purchase. This experience was much better than the experience we had at Heritage ~ 10 years ago. One of the reasons that we stayed away from Heritage so long was the service department. At that time the service personnel were unreliable and didn't follow through. It seems to have improved recently so we are giving it another try. More
