After a quick response to my initial message they were happy to negotiate via email, once we'd agreed on price I booked a third party inspection and with everything as described paid a small refundable deposit. A couple of days later I was greeted by Kyle and given a quick, but thorough, introduction to the car, followed by a full run through of the tech from Jeffrey - who was able to answer all my questions in jargon free language. Happy to complete the purchase I met with Abood in finance who was able to explain all the options available, again in an informative, jargon free manner. In total I spent only an hour at the dealership before driving home in my new car! More

When I arrived to pick up my car it was exactly what Kyle said. Jeffrey spent about an hour with me setting up all of the apps and showing me how the car works. Both William McLaughlin and Henry Padilla worked well together and with us to make sure that the Dealership was delivering the car we wanted with the quality we have come to expect. Both gentlemen were courteous and understanding of our requirements and somewhat limited knowledge of the latest technological advances found in today's vehicles. After some discussion of our concerns, they quickly addressed our issues including short but effective mini-demos of how the car would respond to both foreseen and unforeseen events. We believe the resultant negotiation was fair and resulted in a win/win for both parties. Finally, I must admit that while I came to the dealership with preconceived ideas about the added value of additional parts/maintenance warranties, once my wife and I had the opportunity to rethink our position, we agreed that their addition to the contact was a prudent choice. When we came to the dealership a week ago, we did not have the purchase of a hybrid vehicle in mind; let alone a new car on the lot that would meet most of our needs.
