Saw a nice car on their website and went to test drive it. Salesman wasn't welcoming at all, and they asked for extra fees on their website "cash price" if I want to pay in cash!! My experience with Family Hyundai has always been pleasant. The day I purchased my new car- the exact colored one I wanted was parked right outside the front door! I wish I had a better connection wi pleasant. The day I purchased my new car- the exact colored one I wanted was parked right outside the front door! I wish I had a better connection with my salesman however, and I was also pressured to purchase a lot of extra things that I don’t believe the car necessarily needs. And with car prices the way they are these days, it was off putting. However, I returned to Family Hyundai specifically because they helped me take care of my ‘07 Hyundai for years. And I had to get a new Hyundai for that reason. More
