Horrible customer service The worst customer service I have ever received. I personally went to this dealership because they are suppose to be the best with customer service, I The worst customer service I have ever received. I personally went to this dealership because they are suppose to be the best with customer service, I was wrong. I was on the lot 20 minutes and was never greeted I had to seek out the sales person. Then when we test drove the vehicle the sales person Adam put me in a car with features I did not want. The sales person was cold and unfriendly. He did not bother to tell me any features or anything about the car I had to ask all the questions. When came time to purchasing my vehicle they had originally stated they did not have the color combination I was looking for then miraculously it had turned up. I did not even test drive my vehicle before I purchased it because the sales person said "Well they all drive the same". He was busy trying to make another sale with new customers. I had then purchased a package for the exterior and interior of my car. I brought my car in on the scheduled appointment and was given a loaner car I was told my car would be ready in a couple hours which it wasn't. I live an hour away from the dealership and waited around in that area for them to call to pick up my car. It was almost 7 that evening when I had to call them to see what was going on with my car. They stated oh we haven't gotten to it it'll be done tomorrow. They never bothered to give me a curteousy call to even tell me my car would not be ready that day. I call the dealership the next afternoon to see what is going on with my vehicle and I speak to a rude worker in services named Mike who tells me my car hasn't even been started on and to speak to Al and while I'm in the middle of talking transfers me to the operator where I sit on hold for 20 minutes. I then get connected to Tom who tells me my car hasn't even been started on and it would be 20 minutes before they start. I angrily told him how angry and upset I was with their customer service and how I felt I no longer wanted to give them anymore business. He apologized and said he would try to find a way to make things right and speak to a manager. I reluctantly agreed to let them go ahead with their service. About 4 hours later I get a phone call saying my car was ready for pick and that he was still talking with the manager to see what they could do for me. When I went to pick my car up no mangers or anyone was there to even offer a face to face apology. I wasted two of my days off dealing with this nonsense. It's been 4 days and I've heard nothing from the dealership nor this supposed "manager" he was supposed to speak to. I am angry and feel taken advantage of by this dealership. This was the worst car buying expierence I've ever had and will not recommend this place to anyone. More
