I first reached out to Zimmerman Honda online which is rare for me as the online systems are normally a pain. This was easy and we received a quick response from Mike Jarrin. From the first correspondence to driving home in our new vehicle was absolutely textbook Phenomenal service!! I have family that retired from car sales at a different dealership so I know what it feels like to be treated like family and the quality of service with that. I have not had that feeling of genuine care and desire to help a customer for years, until now.
