Fantastic experience with Richard Lovedahl and Bradshaw Mazda! Searched in the Atlanta metro area for the car I wanted. Three separate dealers tried to steer me towards something else after they said they Mazda! Searched in the Atlanta metro area for the car I wanted. Three separate dealers tried to steer me towards something else after they said they couldn't find what I was looking for and was no longer available since new models were expected soon. Found it online at Bradshaw, and from my first email contact with Richard, I knew I wanted to do business there even though they were a 2.5 hour drive away. Richard stayed in touched with me on special order items and worked to get exactly what I wanted. Even the GM, Adam Rainwater, stepped-in to assist on Richard's day off. When I started my car search I was adamant that I would not by a new car, but after speaking with these guys I was convinced that a car dealer could provide an ethical and high-level customer experience. Thanks guys, you made my search worth the experience and I would definitely do business with them again, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Mazda. J. Harmon More

Zero Stars!! Buyers beware! My husband and I swing by this past Saturday to take a look at a vehicle they had for sale. The vehicle had not been serviced yet, as they had just received it. Since it hadn' this past Saturday to take a look at a vehicle they had for sale. The vehicle had not been serviced yet, as they had just received it. Since it hadn't been serviced yet, we were unable to take it for a test drive. We liked the vehicle and Adam Rainwater (Sales Manager) said we can make a "Gentleman's Handshake" and they would take it "off the market" while we got it financed (we wanted to use Founders) and that would give them time to service the vehicle on Monday. Then we could test drive it and finalize everything and was given the Buyer order I even offered a deposit to hold the vehicle and he said nope that's not required. We get the financing done and call Adam at 2pm today, only to be told the vehicle had been sold. You do not run someone's credit and tell us to come back Monday then sale the vehicle you said was ours! DO WHAT - does your word mean anything. Adam made us run our credit, which drops your credit score, only to be told the vehicle has been sold. I hope you go home and are very proud of the unprofessional morals you have displayed. Do not trust anything he may tell you! Doesn't honor his word and our salesman who was blindsided as well! I recommend that you find a another dealership who will do the customers right, not waste time, and mess with your credit!! Then my husband Calls Adam back because Yes we are very upset and he says "man your really upset about this" then hangs up on him! Well sir wouldn't you be upset as well??? Should be out of a job More
