I sent an email on Thursday about a cx-30 they had in stock. We worked out a deal in less than an hour and the next day we drove the 3 hours (Charleston, SC) to pickup our daughter’s new car. It was over 2 hours before I could finally drive away in my new CX-30. Since you had all my information from 8 months ago I felt that 2 hours was at least an hour too long. Also, I made it very clear that my new CX-30. Since you had all my information from 8 months ago I felt that 2 hours was at least an hour too long. Also, I made it very clear that I wanted the same payments to apply as I was currently paying. I understand I did receive an upgrade which I specifically stated that I did not want and had to negotiate for a lower monthly payment but still more than I had requested. I was in sales and marketing throughout my career and do understand the pressures of selling but do expect honesty. It is fortunate for your sales people not to have to deal with my wife who would have been much tougher than me in any negotiations. More
