The final payment was ~ $20 more/monthly than what was initially quoted to me. (this had nothing to do with any extended wear plan, etc) The financing guy made a mistake that I ended up paying for even though the sales guy said nothing would change (after the discrepancy was discovered). Love the car but the whole experience was sullied by this nonsense and has left a nasty aftertaste. Apparently Dick Ide don't doesnt make it a practice of providing copies of the paperwork of the deal until is closed. If this documentation had been provided this mess would have been avoided. Buyer beware and get copies of your paperwork prior to closing so you know what you're getting into. More

Our sales representative Brad Constantino was amazing yet again! He has been wonderful to work with for many, many years. He listens to our needs and wants and also our wallet! This is our 6th vehicle from the Dick Ide Dealership. We've had a Civic, Ridgeline, S200, 2 Odysseys and a Pontiac G6. All have been gorgeous and reliable leases. I can't say enough great things about Honda alone. What makes Dick Ide stand out above the rest is price and customer service.
