This is our 6th vehicle from the Dick Ide Dealership. We've had a Civic, Ridgeline, S200, 2 Odysseys and a Pontiac G6. All have been gorgeous and reliable leases. However, since this occurred after we had a handshake deal the dealership found me another car that was newer (2016 versus 2015) and made me a very similar deal on the newer car. Alex shared all the financing and additional service options.... no hard sell. Vehicle was ready at agreed time for pickup, Alex again eased through the closing and Alex took the time to review operating features of the vehicle and provided introductions to Service Manager.
