The employees in the service department are there to help. They are polite, courtesy and answer questions well. They show pride in thier work and I feel very confident about the work done. Originally, I called Larry Miller Nissan, and they gave me the runaround about handling my recall. Then, I remembered that one of my friends went to college with Scott Tysan, so called your dealership. me the runaround about handling my recall. Adman was proactive, friendly, decisive, and took care of my issue right away. My only complaint was that I had to visit your Service Dept. twice. One, to review my paperwork. And two, to inspect my car. I would’ve thought this could’ve been handled in one visi. From my paperwork, I could’ve given my VIN #, and the recalled item. In any case, when it comes to consider buying a car, I will certainly shop your website. Then, if there’s a model that meets my specs., I’ll visit again! More
