During your time with us, you had requested to test-drive seven different vehicles, which understandably created a high demand for our inventory team to pull these cars. In addition, some of the vehicles you were interested in were also being requested by other customers at the same time. To better assist both you and those waiting, a manager approached to see if we could help narrow down your selection to ensure we could accommodate everyone efficiently. We deeply regret if this conversation came across as disrespectful in any way, as that was certainly not our intention. Our team always strives to balance the needs of all customers and make the experience as smooth as possible. Regarding the payment process, we understand the inconvenience this may have caused. eCarOne operates on a high-volume, no-haggle sales model, and as part of this approach, we are required to follow specific policies regarding payment methods. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept personal checks or hold vehicles with deposits due to the high demand for our inventory. We do, however, accept certified checks and debit cards, and I apologize if this created additional steps for you when you were ready to complete your purchase. I also regret to hear about the wait times you experienced during your visit. We strive to provide efficient service, but clearly, we fell short in your case. We take your feedback seriously and will work to improve our internal communication and reduce waiting times, especially during busier periods. With respect to the final price of the vehicle, I’d like to clarify that all our vehicles are priced competitively with the market and include features such as special finishes or protections, which are part of our no-haggle pricing model. We aim to be transparent about these details, and I’m sorry if this wasn’t fully communicated to you at the time of purchase. We regret that your experience was not as smooth as it should have been, and we understand that the process differed from what you experienced at other dealerships.
