Overall "Great" Experience I absolutely love Elk Grove Toyota. My buying experience was one of the best I ever had with a dealership, From meeting Dominik King out in the front I absolutely love Elk Grove Toyota. My buying experience was one of the best I ever had with a dealership, From meeting Dominik King out in the front of the dealership and test drive, to checking out with Lee Saeteune in finance. The whole experience was awesome and I would recommend Elk Grove Toyota to anybody who is looking to buy a new or pre-owned vehicle. Ahmad Mojaddedi did a wonderful job with the negotiation and was suburb at getting me the price I wanted. The whole team was very supportive and I don’t think a better automotive dealer exists. Regardless where you live, you owe it to yourself to check them out before you buy anywhere else. . More

Recall appt I was a little disappointed with my last service. I had an appointment last Thursday @ 9:50am And was told that my car would be ready in 2hrs. It w I was a little disappointed with my last service. I had an appointment last Thursday @ 9:50am And was told that my car would be ready in 2hrs. It wasn’t ready until after 1pm with no updates. I had to asked the cashier for an update. I understood that you guys were busy but it would have been nice to know how long my appointment was going to be. I also didn’t receive my car wash buts it’s no big deal. The reason why I made an appointment was that I wouldn’t have to wait so long. With that being said, I would still recommend your services because your staff was very friendly. More

Toyota Highlander I just purchased a new Toyota Highlander. I am very satisfied with the service of the sale person Ahmad and the rest of the sales team. They provided me all the tools needed to make this deal complete. I am still adapting to the new features of it. and in general I am very please with the efficiency and design to these cars.
