I arrived for my 11:15 am appointment and was told by Ainsley that it would be a two hour wait. She was busier watching her son's little league game on her phone that checking me in. My Saturn Rogue wa Ainsley that it would be a two hour wait. She was busier watching her son's little league game on her phone that checking me in. My Saturn Rogue was kept over the weekend and on Monday afternoon, I had to call and check on the car. Ainsley never kept me apprised of the situation. I can say that the service manager was attentive by placing me in a loaner for the weekend. More
