Our service intake video inspection, which is conducted for all vehicles upon arrival, documented the damaged rims. This record confirms the damage was present before we began any work on your vehicle. Making claims without proper evidence or simply meeting with the customer is just bad business. I have left very few reviews that are negative. The way I was treated and brushed off left me feeling like I should in this case. We were able to obtain the video and have taken still shots of each rim . When compare the video still shots to the condition of the rims after youe service, there is no question that they were damaged during service. A shop has inspected the rims and said the pressure washer was using the wrong tip/setting and too close to the rims. An interesting note is that Big Star Cadillac refused inspection or meeting with me, they just claimed they were damaged the same way they are now. The evidence is clear and legal action is being considered. The Big Star Team has stopped communicating with me. No refund has been offered. We are not looking for any pay out, just to have the issue fixed
