I couldn’t be more impressed with a dealership! ! I arrived at 9:30AM on Saturday to pick up my new Escalade Sport. I was not happy the look of the 22 inch stock rims. Al from sales stated we’ll jus ! I arrived at 9:30AM on Saturday to pick up my new Escalade Sport. I was not happy the look of the 22 inch stock rims. Al from sales stated we’ll just wait for Mike and we’ll figure it out. Mike Xidea is the owner. Al and I decided which rims would work best, but it would take a few days for the switch. Once Mike arrived, he said he could do it today. He was there on a Saturday and physically moved the car to the shop to make the necessary adjustments. Unbelievable customer service!! Omar from Finance was in on his Birthday helping get the best rate possible. I stated I can get 4.99 at my bank. He said can I see it? I showed him and he already had his rate waiting and beat it. Mike knows how to hire them… because they are all top of the line. Al kept me entertained, while waiting and walked me through all the controls on the new vehicle. I just want to thank everyone at Cadillac of Norwood and anyone looking for a Cadillac… you must make this place your first stop!! More

I live out of state and found online a preowned vehicle in their inventory that I liked. Communication was prompt and accurate. I was transferred from the initial contact to a sales manager, then a sales c in their inventory that I liked. Communication was prompt and accurate. The closing paperwork was docusign and title and transfer paperwork sent by FedEx. I arranged transport and the vehicle arrived as described. More

This is the only GM dealer I use. We have purchased 3 vehicles from them. My 18 CTSV, 2020 XT5, 2023 CT5 Blackwing and new 2026 CT5 Blackwing have/will be serviced only with Norwood C We have purchased 3 vehicles from them. My 18 CTSV, 2020 XT5, 2023 CT5 Blackwing and new 2026 CT5 Blackwing have/will be serviced only with Norwood Cadillac. All of my other GM vehicles (Chevrolet, GMC & Buick) are only serviced with Paul. He is the best. More
