Had an appointment at 10 A. M.. My salesman was Al,and he was great !! When it came down to the valuation of my trade in ,not great. I was a bit put out about the valuation becau M.. I was a bit put out about the valuation because the person ?? who did the value on my car,didn't even go out to look at it.How is it possible to valuate a car for trade without inspecting it ?? Does that mean that every car,same yr. and same make and model all have the same valuation ??? I don't think so. Very disappointed as I did want to buy a car today !! More

New Lease This is my 4th Cadillac and they treat me better each time. Service is excellent. Would recommend them highly!!! Service Dept. is excellent as well.
