I hand fears that I wouldn’t be able to get an inspection asap. I feared it would take close to 2 weeks to schedule anything. I went to Handy Toyota to see if they could sneak me in and I was surprised Alan asap. I feared it would take close to 2 weeks to schedule anything. I am giving 5 stars for one reason only -- Alan. He is very courteous and straightforward, which helped me regain the confidence in Handy Toyota that I had lost on my previous visit. On that He is very courteous and straightforward, which helped me regain the confidence in Handy Toyota that I had lost on my previous visit. On that visit my car failed inspection and I was asked to sign off on a repair over $800 that I subsequently learned was just, plain wrong. Instead of "so much rust it's dangerous", I learned that my brake line has a little rust that should give no problems for at least a couple more years, and that in general my car underbody is very clean, especially given its age. I had to fork over another $65 for an inspection at a different garage where my car easily passed once the front brakes were replaced. I feel like Handy owes me a $65 discount next service! This time I had snows put on and an oil change. I was given lots of caution paperwork at the end, but I knew that I had already addressed most of the issues at a closer garage that would not be on record at Handy's. I drive 45 minutes to Handy, because I do not trust the local Toyota dealer. Because of Alan, I will continue to do so. More

Had to bring my daughters 2020 Corolla in for rear brakes, Scott got me in with no appt and got car back same day! Next day brought my wife's 2021 Corolla in for Insp/Oil change and was out in 1 hr. A brakes, Scott got me in with no appt and got car back same day! Next day brought my wife's 2021 Corolla in for Insp/Oil change and was out in 1 hr. Alan was Service advisor on this car!
