Satisfied with the service since I started bringing my car there 9 yrs ago. The last 2 visits were bad however. One Saturday I went to drop off my car for Express Service without an appointment as state car there 9 yrs ago. The last 2 visits were bad however. One Saturday I went to drop off my car for Express Service without an appointment as stated on the website. However, I was told only if the work schedule allows. I told them it should have been stated on the website. I lost time which I could have used to do something else. I made an appt for the ff Saturday for a regular service and specifically mentioned about the nail I pulled off the front left tire and it is leaking air. A few minutes later I was told that the Technician checked it and found no leaks and tire is good. I just bought all 4 tires last Sept 2023 so it’s still under warranty. The works were done by 12:10 pm. On the way home the tire icon should up on the panel and I pulled over at a gas station and the tire was completely flat. I called the Service Center & told them what happened. I was told to bring it back. I had to call AAA to put on the spare tire and drove back to the service center. It was not attended to right away because I had to wait till 2:15 pm before my car was ready. I’m thinking of just having my car serviced at another place close to home. More
