It was a great experience. In this case, the service could be done quickly so I did not need a ride home. I waited in the service area. I think I was there about an hour and t In this case, the service could be done quickly so I did not need a ride home. I waited in the service area. I think I was there about an hour and then they announced that the car was ready. I also liked that they texted me a brief video showing some of what they included in the service. That was a nice touch!! Frankly, I have never actually seen someone "check the brakes" before and did not know what that looked like. All went well. Service waiting area was clean--- vending machine, restrooms, large-screen TV and comfortable seats available. More
