Service department has always taken care of my 2020 aviator in a timely manner. I just wish My vehicle had better quality as I’ve had numerous recalls and issues with the electronic and screen Ford st aviator in a timely manner. This service center is awful. No communication about my vehicle that had to be towed in, no available loaner even though we paid for the service and no information about a rental No communication about my vehicle that had to be towed in, no available loaner even though we paid for the service and no information about a rental allowance. In addition no one notified us about the severity of my vehicle’s mechanical issues, we had to reach out to them. The silence has been deafening. When we finally spoke with our service rep Albert he was rude, never apologized, blamed others for his lack of communication and failed to follow through. More
