I want to start by giving credit where it’s due. Armani and Ephrahim were absolutely awesome to work with. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, patient, and never made me feel pressured. They answered every question I had, kept me updated throughout the process, and genuinely made buying my truck exciting instead of stressful. They’re the kind of salespeople every dealership should have. Unfortunately, my experience with Sales Manager Carlos Castellanos was the exact opposite. We got down to about a $600 difference during negotiations, and instead of trying to work with me or even making me feel like my business mattered, he basically told me the dealership wasn’t coming down another dollar and that if I wanted the truck, I could call them. The way he spoke to me came across as condescending and dismissive. Honestly, I left fully prepared to buy a truck somewhere else because of that interaction. Later that same evening, I came back because the dealership had accidentally kept my CarMax appraisal offer. Ivan Castellanos said he looked for it, disappeared into a couple of offices for a few minutes, then came back and told me they had lost it. I ended up having to drive back to CarMax and get another one printed myself. I guess customer dissatisfaction runs in the family. Thankfully, the next day I had the opportunity to work with Internet Director Gabriel Palomeras, and everything changed. Gabriel was professional, respectful, and actually made me feel like my business was appreciated. He listened, communicated clearly, and got the deal done without making it feel like a battle. He completely turned around what had been a very frustrating experience. In the end, I’m happy with my truck and I’m glad I bought it from Envision Ford. Armani, Ephrahim, and Internet Director Gabriel Palomares were fantastic and deserve recognition for the way they treated me. If it weren’t for my experience with Carlos and Ivan Castellanos, this would have easily been a no brainer 5-star review. More

The lack of transparency, poor communication and pressure style sale approach leaves me disappointed and unsatisfied. I feel for all the people that get taken advantage of there. Carlos is unprofessional, there’s porters and sales people in the front taking their shirts off and taking pictures for instagram, no follow thru on anything that is said. The experience of buying a car is HORRIBLE HERE. Go anywhere but Envision Ford Oxnard!!!! I don’t know how they are in business! These incompetent morons took my vehicle to install a bed liner and then left me at work with no notice that they’re KEEPING MY TRUCK. No phone call, no transportation and no concern for the customer. They offered me “swag” from their dealer???? WHY????? How does that make up for this? INCOMPETENT IMBECILES. More

From the very beginning, Samin made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He reached out to me early in the morning and stayed in contact with me throughout the entire day. What really stood out was how fast and responsive he was every time I had a question or asked about a different Bronco, he provided quick, clear feedback and made sure I had all the information I needed to make the right decision. On top of that, I was driving all the way from Bakersfield straight after work, and the team went above and beyond by waiting for me and being incredibly patient despite my late arrival. They stayed until 11pm completing the process for me! That level of understanding and customer care meant a lot. If it wasn’t for Samin reaching out for me that morning I believe I would have not purchased my dream car! Carlos, the manager, was also great to work with. He was very flexible and took the time to clearly explain all my options, making sure I felt confident and comfortable throughout the process. When it came to financing, Alie made everything easy and worked with me to get a great package that fit my needs.Overall, this was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had.
