This is by far was the best car buying experience I have EVER had. My husband and I looked at an Acura at another dealership, as well as a Nissan SUV and our last visit was Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. We w EVER had. My husband and I looked at an Acura at another dealership, as well as a Nissan SUV and our last visit was Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. We were instantly greeted by Joel Gappa, who was so friendly and customer focused. We were there after hours and on the way home, which was about 1:45 minute drive we went over the pros and cons and there were NO cons or negatives to the Infiniti QX50 or the dealership. We bought out beautiful Infiniti yesterday and were treated like Gold. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Joel Gappa and his professionalism, passion, customer focus, and overall customer experience. I walked out of there with more than I asked for and Zeigler Infiniti of Hoffman Estates went above and beyond to listen to my every need and want. The Finance team rocks, thanks Joe! Very impressed and would recommend Joel and this dealership to anybody.. They treat you like royalty, make car buying fun, and give unparalleled customer service. Thanks for am amazing buyer experience Joel, Vince, Joe, Alec, and team! We LOVE our Infiniti QX50 Sensory and appreciate the time you took to show us all of the features of our new car. More
