Amazingly Awesome!!! Auto trader lead us to our new car. Alex was our sales person, He was awesome! Easy going, friendly and personable. Loved him! The whole experience was straightforward, everything from the way they scan your ID in the parking lot for test drive to final signature was efficient. As Roger was on the ground looking under the car Alex offered to put it on the lift and Matt graciously agreed and in 5 mins we were walking under the car. We’ve done a lot of car shopping over the years and this sincerely was the best experience EVER! We have already been passing the word to friends and family. Everyone was exceptional! Alex was very helpful from the start, with knowledge of the stock on hand, financing options, and answered all my questions. Sean took me through the sale documentation, warranties and options. Everyone was respectful and friendly throughout the process. Ive had many bad experiences with car sales that assumed I was ignorant about cars because I was a woman.
