Alex has been my professional service rep for 3 years and 73,000 miles on my 2020 Mercedes GLB250 and I don't want anyone else! After working my midnight shift, Alex got me in and out of the service center i 73,000 miles on my 2020 Mercedes GLB250 and I don't want anyone else! After working my midnight shift, Alex got me in and out of the service center in 5 minutes and he put me in a brand new Mercedes GLC loaner. I beat other customers who were sitting there before me, he knew I was tired! When I picked my car up in the afternoon, I had 4 brand new Continental Tires, new rear brake pads, disc, and rotors, and the oil change was done. It felt like I had a brand new car! I really hope the Mercedes Service center takes care of Alex like he takes care of me! More
