This was the most pleasant car experience I ever received. This specific Lexus location (Viera) was filled with the most AUTHENTICALLY KIND, PROFESSIONAL, EMPATHETIC, FUNNY, & DOWN TO EARTH-YET EXC received. We all know car buying experiences can be immensely stressful. NOT this time! They take their time, they cross at’: and dot their i’s; yet are still so incredibly accommodating and just REAL. From the receptionist, to the General Manager. It didn’t matter what title they had, this location truly treats everyone who walks through the door (regardless or race, color, or creed) like family.
