The service center had my car 11/30/22-2/24/23. Communication was non-existent the majority of that time. Many unanswered voice mails. Making me wait around on my day off to come get my car and then calling me at 5pm to say they are suddenly doing scopes now. And wanted my car back now in 200 miles rather than 500-1,000 to check the oil as previously explained, so what, 2 days later? In a car that is burning all of its oil? They eventually replaced my engine under warranty. Initial notes indicate a knock was heard in my engine upon receiving my car, so why keep it and do nothing for 2.5-3 months? The service center’s knack for changing plans with no communication or notice almost left me stranded at their dealership at close when I went to get my car 12/1/22 as planned. They hadn’t done an oil change as promised, so my car was there over 24 hours for no reason. When I finally got my car back 2/24/23, I immediately drove to a different dealership and bought a brand new car. I would never spend $30,000+ somewhere with zero communication skills. I enjoyed the aggressive texts from Nancy after none of my voicemails were returned for months. And the list of suggested repairs after horrendous communication. One person texted me 11/30/22 no problem, and Nancy was able to text me, so you had my correct number. And I left it several times in every voicemail. More

I was very excited to purchase a used VW golf from this dealership. I had my financing lined up and was told that the vehicle was off-site currently, but would be informed the moment it returns. Fast forward a few days and I was contacted regarding the vehicles availability as it had just returned to the lot. This info was relayed to me at 4:00pm on a Friday. At the same time, I was told that the first person to walk through the door gets the car, despite never having been told this earlier on in the deal. Concerned, I had offered to wire my down payment, use a credit card or anything that I could do to secure the car that night. I was told that this was not a possibility. I understood that and knew that if someone were to walk in before they close at 6 that evening they would have first rights to the car. I was okay with that. I asked what time they open and how early I could come in on Saturday. The answer I was given was 9:00am. I arrived at 8:55 the following morning, greeted by someone and I told them I was here for the golf. They sat me down at my salesman's, desk to wait for him. He arrived approximately 15 minutes later. I laid out the cash for my down payment as I had already filed all of my necessary info for the loan and was approved for the purchase far ahead of time, all through the dealership. I was then informed that someone else had test driven the car earlier before the dealership opened and that they have first rights to the car. My presence as a purchaser was then used as leverage to secure the sale that had apparently been initiated before the posted hours of operation. I was sat down to wait for one hour and 20 minutes before being informed that the other customer decided to purchase the car. So the takeaway is, if you come here and are the first person to say you will purchase a certain car, don't be surprised if they sell it to someone else that was somehow granted the opportunity to take as long as they want to decide, despite the first come first serve attitude. Buyer beware, show up before they open if you can. More
