This was our first time purchasing a vehicle and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. I haven’t been to the dealership in a couple of months now but the previous time I was in the team damaged at least one window. The other window damages observed were not deemed “caused by the staff beyon now but the previous time I was in the team damaged at least one window. The other window damages observed were not deemed “caused by the staff beyond a reasonable doubt” so I replaced them myself. The service in correction of the error was okay. I opened my hood yesterday though and observed that a piece that is typically used to block air intake to the engine has been moved. This happened after the staff recommended that preventative maintenance be performed. I am unsure where the piece goes but am unhappy that this has occurred and that I was unaware of it as we just had to take an unexpected road trip out of state due to a death in the family. So far, the trips I have made to this Hyundai Service Center have been underwhelming at best and continue to frustrate me even when I think I’ve put it behind me. More

The buying process was very relaxed, and comfortable. A.K and Adrian were very knowledgeable, and great to work with! They both seem to genuinely love their job. Great and painless experience I always get anxiety when i have to go into a dealership, from feeling hounded to the mounds of paperwork. Both Romelo, Luke and Alex I. were easy to work with, listened to what I wanted to had prepped the paperwork as best as they could to get me in and out of there. Multiple issues with no apology I have had multiple issues with this dealership. It seemed to be one issue after the next. I no longer use this dealership and I get my service fro I have had multiple issues with this dealership. It seemed to be one issue after the next. I no longer use this dealership and I get my service from a different hyundai dealership in the area. I also will never be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. My sales person Kassia however was GREAT! She is a very hard worker and was always available whenever I had any questions. I now see that she is one of the New Car Managers which is well deserved in my opinion! Hopefully everyone there can learn from her. More
