Immediate Help with an Unscheduled Visit My 1st ever visit to Walter's MBZ was unscheduled and due to a mechanical issue I experienced while driving on the freeway. I was an hour drive away My 1st ever visit to Walter's MBZ was unscheduled and due to a mechanical issue I experienced while driving on the freeway. I was an hour drive away from my home so needed transportation. I was so very fortunate to meet with Alex Ramirez who coordinated everything required to get the job done and his personal follow up was very much appreciated. My home town MBZ dealership needs to take lessons from the staff at Walter's on how to treat their customers. More

Walter's Mercedes Alex Ramirez has handled my recent appointments. My GPS wasn't showing traffic. He was able to isolate the problem and have it repaired. He has given me approximate timetables for brakes and tires, based on current wear and my driving patterns, so I can anticipate when I need to replace them. When Alex was helping another customer, the service department sent Joseph Loera to begin checking in the car. While we were waiting, he was able to walk me through a number of questions I had about my electronic systems. I told him he should be "The Tutor for Senior Citizens." Everyone at the dealership have been helpful and professional every time I have brought my car in fro service. More

Rodriguez an impressive service professional guided me well in my entering and exiting of my business visit. Customer service is an ongoing investment as it depends on human nature (people) to serve people for a determined outcome.
