He has given me approximate timetables for brakes and tires, based on current wear and my driving patterns, so I can anticipate when I need to replace them. When Alex was helping another customer, the service department sent Joseph Loera to begin checking in the car. While we were waiting, he was able to walk me through a number of questions I had about my electronic systems. I told him he should be "The Tutor for Senior Citizens." Everyone at the dealership have been helpful and professional every time I have brought my car in fro service. More
